Biceps and Triceps

This is starting to be one of my favorite workout. The pump I get from it is unreal. Still in my heavy phase (well as heavy as I can lift on low carbs and low calories).


Standing BB curl ( close and wide grip)
Seated BB half curls ( close and wide grip)
DB hammer curls

Close grip bench press
BB skull crusher
Triceps pushdown
