High Protein Peanut Butter Crepes

Shoulders day on high carbs :)
I'm feeling good about this one. I finally got a good sleep, just had my protein crepes for breakfast:



Now time to get ready and go pump some iron. On the menu today:

MILITARY PRESS
HEAVY UP RIGHT ROW
BENT OVER LATERAL RAISE
BARBELL SHRUGS (FRONT & BACK)
STANDING CALVES RAISE
SEATED CALVES RAISE
CALVES RAISE ON LEG PRESS
