Today will be challenging, the week has been pretty busy and stressful and the workouts have been intense. Nonetheless, it's time for legs today. Probably my hardest day since I'll be pushing heavy running on really low carbs and high fats. On the menu:
Squats
Leg press
Romanian deadlifts
Leg curl
Game face on, time to get pumped, let's blast those legs!

ReplyDeleteI actually had an amazing workout! My energy level went up after my first set of deep squats and i still feel great. My legs are dead tho ha ha. Mission accomplished!
