The every morning routine... i prepare all my meals then head to work. There's only 5 meals here as i already ate my breakfast and i make my last meal before bed time - I like my meals freshly cooked :)

  1. As you can see today was a very low carbs day.
    The only carbs i get come from vegetables. It's also a (lighter) leg day so you can only imagine how tired i feel and how low my energy must be. Although those protein crepes in the top left are always a hightlight of the day for me.

  2. I see a pack of gum (top right corner). Is that an official part of your diet??? :p I hope it's sugarless!!!!!

  3. oh yeah, prep time it is 8 weeks out!!!

    And yes the pack of gum is part of my diet lol. On a serious note, it helps me get through my cardio :)
