The every morning routine... i prepare all my meals then head to work. There's only 5 meals here as i already ate my breakfast and i make my last meal before bed time - I like my meals freshly cooked :)
As you can see today was a very low carbs day. The only carbs i get come from vegetables. It's also a (lighter) leg day so you can only imagine how tired i feel and how low my energy must be. Although those protein crepes in the top left are always a hightlight of the day for me.
